Installation Methodology

Frame (Jamb) Cleaning
Wipe the frame (jamb) with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust, dirt, and cobwebs
If necessary, use alcohol swabs to remove grease or oil. Allow the surface to dry completely for maximum tape adhesion
Critical: Ensure surface is 100% dry

Pre-Preparation Protocol
"Accuracy is the foundation of elegance reconfirm before you reveal"
- Place pre-stitched mesh on frame to reconfirm measurement accuracy
- Lay mesh flat on floor with loop side facing upward and clearly visible
- For zip/magnetic systems: Mark the exact center of the opening
- Unwind self-adhesive hook tape (do not peel paper yet)
- Measure, cut, and align hook tape with the stitched loop border
- Fix hook tape along all 4 sides against the stitched loop

Installation Step
Plan to fix the top side first, then sides, then bottom.

Position
Position mesh at the top frame. Peel backing paper only after positioning

Peel & Secure
Gradually peel paper while continuously securing the system in position

Align
Align and fix the mesh from left to right (or vice-versa)

Pressure
Press firmly by hand along the frame. Use a dry cloth for strong bonding

Repeat
Repeat the same process for the remaining three sides
Zip Closure Protocols
- /Align as per the marked center point with zip mechanism vertically along both opening edges
- /Use the zip handles provided to operate the zipper smoothly as required
Magnetic Closure Systems
"Gently lift and align center magnets at marked positions to ensure correct polarity and reliable self-closing"
- /Align magnetic strips vertically along both opening edges of the mesh
- /Fix strips evenly, ensuring correct pole alignment for automatic self-closing
Crucial Final Details
Trim tape ends neatly to avoid overlap
Allow 10–15 mins before regular use
Smoothen surface to remove wrinkles
Use push pins for wooden frames
Final Check
- Ensure all edges are firmly sealed
- Check for gaps, especially at corners
- Open and close window/door to confirm operation
