Select Installation Method
Exact Fit (Usually Ceiling Fixing)
Detach the Ceiling Bracket from the L / Wall Bracket and fix only the Ceiling Bracket directly onto the ceiling
Recess Fit (Usually Wall Fixing)
Use the L / Wall Bracket with Ceiling Bracket attached and fix onto the wall surface inside the opening
Surface Preparation & Drilling
Drilling Machine Operating Protocol
Exact Fit / Ceiling Fix
Drilling direction shall be upwards & angled away from the wall edge
Recess Fit / Wall Fix
Drilling direction shall be perpendicular to wall & angled upward from edge
Bracket Positioning
Extreme end brackets must be positioned minimum 2.50 CM inside from both ends.
Pre-Check Protocol:Temporarily hold cassette to reconfirm alignment before drilling. Multiple brackets are supplied based on width for improved strength
Fixing Workflow
Load Distribution:Divide remaining gap proportionately for uniform load distribution. Minor variations are acceptable when spacing is proportionate
Cassette Mounting
Lift cassette assembly carefully
Insert cassette into brackets
Apply gentle upward pressure until locked
Ensure cassette engagement across full width before operation
First Operation
Final Adjustment
“Blind stopping height can be adjusted by altering the chain lock position if required”
Important Installation Notes
Mistakes to Avoid
- Fixing brackets too close to blind edges
- Incorrect bracket configuration selection
- Uneven alignment causing tracking issues
- Operating before cassette locking is complete
