General Protocols
Avoid excessive force while operating chain or control mechanisms
Keep the system free from dust accumulation to ensure smooth rolling and alignment
Operate blinds using steady controlled motion to maintain mechanism life
Ensure proper alignment while rolling up or down to prevent fabric skewing
Do not pull or twist the fabric directly; always use the control system
Keep away from prolonged moisture exposure for optimal durability
Protocol A
Dry Cleaning
Once Per Month
Keep windows open during cleaning for proper ventilation
Wear a nose mask to avoid inhaling accumulated dust
Fully lower the blind before cleaning
Use a soft brush or vacuum cleaner attachment
Gently clean the fabric surface from top to bottom
Clean both front and rear fabric layers carefully
Lightly dust the cassette / pelmet exterior
Avoid applying excessive pressure on zebra fabric bands
Protocol B
Wet Cleaning
3 — 6 Months
Lower the blind completely
Use a soft cloth dampened with clean water or mild soap
Gently wipe only the stained areas
Wipe again using a dry cloth after cleaning
Allow fabric to air dry naturally in lowered position
Important
• Do not remove the blind from brackets for routine cleaning
• Do not soak the fabric
• Do not machine wash
• Do not use strong chemicals, bleach, or solvents
